We are Goa’s first Enterprise approved by FSSAI for Food Safety training and certification which is delivered in association with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)
Training is available for all Registered and/or Licensed FBO’s – Catering, Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution, Transportation and Storage.
Topics covered: Food Safety Regulations ‘Schedule 4 requirements of Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) regulations, 2011’ including knowledge of ‘Good Manufacturing & Good Hygiene Practices (GMP & GHP)
FoSTaC certified courses are available for Catering; Bakery; Street Food Vending; Manufacturing – General, Meat Products, Fish products, Milk products, Water & Beverages, Alcoholic Beverages etc; Retail and Distribution, Transportation and Storage.
FoSTaC (FSSAI) currently offers 24 different courses.
International Food Safety Training
D&D Strategic Consulting is approved by Highfield, UK to deliver the below courses. Certification is from Highfield, UK.
We were the first to offer International Food Safety courses in Goa, with our first training held in 2019.
