Cleon Dias (Founder)
Cleon Dias brings a wealth of experience with his background of over 24 years in Training and over 15 years in Education Management. This includes his 17 years in Oman which has given him an international perspective of the Learning & Development Industry having co-ordinated with organisations like IATA(Canada), AHLA(USA), City and Guilds(UK), Highfield(UK), Airport College International (Finland) etc. His multitude of Educational Qualifications include multiple Travel, Airline, Hospitality and Management certifications, also a CIPD Level 7 in the Psychology of Management. His love of organising and attention to detail makes him ideal to work with companies on their human capital performance management systems and processes.
